Every purchase earns you points toward discounts on your favorite OneSkin products, making it easier to reach your skin longevity goals.

How do I sign up for OneSkin rewards?

If you already have a OneSkin account, you'll use that same account to sign up for rewards. If not, you can create an account here.

How can I earn points?

Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the How to Earn section for details.

When can I redeem my points?

You must have at least 150 points to redeem your points on an order.

How do I redeem my points?

For one time purchases, you can easily redeem your rewards balance at checkout. During checkout, you will see your reward balance on the upper right hand side. Simply enter the amount in dollars you would like to redeem (this must be in increments of 5). This will generate a discount code that will automatically apply to your purchase.

To redeem your reward on a subscription order, simply login to the subscription portal, called my OneSkin, on the right hand side under the amount of points you currently have, click on the green box that says "redeem rewards".

This will open up another window, the rewards page. Please scroll down to the section that says "Treat yourself", click the light green box that says "REDEEM".

Type in how much you would like to redeem, in increments of 150 points. Then click REDEEM!

From there, copy the reward code that was generated! You can now use this code at checkout or apply it to your subscription!

To apply a code to your subscription, login to your subscription portal and click the "more button" on the bottom. Select "Apply discount code"

Enter the code and click apply! All done!

Do my rewards expire?

Rewards will expire 12 months after they've been accrued.

How long will it take to get my points?

Please allow up to 24 hours for points to post to your account. Some activities have a slight delay in being added to your account.

Where can I find my rewards account info?

When do I get my birthday gift?

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

I left a product review but don’t see my points.

Your email address must be verified with our review platform for points to be awarded. Please check your email inbox for your verification email. Once you verify your email, points will be awarded to your account.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
